PSA: I thought those window decals were just for looks until a cardinal in my yard proved me wrong.
I bought some cheap hawk silhouette stickers online, figuring they were a decoration at best. Then last Tuesday, I watched a bright red cardinal fly straight toward my patio door, only to swerve at the last second and land on the feeder. It was like the sticker actually worked. Has anyone else had a bird clearly avoid a decal you put up?

Watched a robin smack right into my glass door last week, even with the decals. Maybe your cardinal just got lucky that time.
