Neighbor on Elm St told me birds hit her window 'cause they're just dumb, and I can't let it go
I was out walking my dog last Tuesday and got talking to a woman on Elm St who has a big picture window facing her feeder, and she waved off the thumps as birds just being dumb. I told her about the decals I put up after losing 3 cardinals in one month at my old place, and it dropped my strikes to almost zero in about 2 weeks. She kinda shrugged it off which bugged me, but it got me wondering how many people really think it's just clumsy birds and nothing they can fix. Anyone here had luck changing a neighbor's mind on this, and what actually worked?
