Hit 30 birds stopped this spring and it still feels weird to count

I put up those cheap hanging paracord curtains on my big living room window back in March after finding my 5th dead warbler, and yesterday I realized I've now logged 30 strikes that bounced off instead of hitting the glass. That number got me thinking, how many of those birds would have been hurt or worse if I hadn't bothered with the $12 fix? Has anyone else kept a tally like this, and did it make you want to cover every window in the house or just feel like you barely scratched the surface?
