My entire Netflix watchlist vanished over the weekend and I'm still not over it

I was all set for a lazy Sunday binge, opened the app on my smart TV, and my 'My List' was just... empty. Over 80 shows and movies I'd saved for years, gone in a second. I spent the next hour frantically checking my account on my phone and laptop, but it was the same story everywhere. I even called their support line, and after 20 minutes on hold, the guy basically said there was a server hiccup and they couldn't restore it. So now I'm starting from scratch, trying to remember all those weird foreign shows and hidden gems I'd bookmarked. Has this happened to anyone else, and did you find a good way to rebuild your list without losing your mind?

Netflix support is useless for this. Their servers are a mess. I lost my list a year ago and never got it back. You just have to start over and try to remember things as they pop up. It's a huge pain but there's no real fix.

Ugh, that's so true what @lewis.drew said. I mean, it's not just losing the list, it's how it totally kills your mood to even browse. You see something that looks good and you're like, wait, did I already save this? It makes the whole app feel broken.
