I keep seeing people rave about the early seasons of The Office but honestly season 8 is where it really found its groove.
Ngl, everyone hates the Robert California era but that weirdness gave the show a fresh spark after 7 seasons of Jim and Pam drama, and I binged season 8 in two days flat - has anyone else actually enjoyed the later seasons more than the early ones?

Season 8 actually had some of the funniest, most bizarre moments of the whole show.

@mila_craig4 okay so like I gotta disagree a little here. Season 8 had some funny stuff sure but it was mostly just weird for the sake of being weird. The whole "Smooth Jazz" thing with Dex and the freaky weird Twin Peaks dream episode was just too much. It felt like the writers were trying too hard to be random and it didn't land for me. Plus the whole plot with Noah getting that weird job at the sound studio was so pointless. Season 2 and 3 had way better bizarre moments that actually made sense in the show. Just my two cents though.
