I finally tried rewatching that teen drama from the early 2000s my friends loved

We used to pass around DVDs and talk about each episode for days after school. Now I see all the cliches and dated moments that flew over my head back then. Does anyone have tips for shows with that same vibe but better writing for a modern watch, or do I just accept it was a different time?

Accept it's dated but keep the nostalgia.

Watch people restore vintage items, valuing memory over modern function.

Found my mom's 1970s mixer in the attic last month. It's bright orange and weighs a ton, but I use it for baking now. The motor hums in this weird way that reminds me of childhood birthdays, lmao. Fixing up stuff like that just feels right, even if a new one is quieter.
