I finally gave up on trying to watch shows weekly
Honestly, I used to be religious about watching the new episode of something like 'Severance' the second it dropped on Apple TV. Ngl, the weekly wait just killed the vibe and I'd forget half the plot. Now I wait until the whole season is out and binge it over a weekend, which is way more satisfying. Anyone else just completely over the weekly release schedule?

Actually, the weekly thing ruins the whole water cooler talk part too. You can't even have a real chat about theories because someone is always two episodes behind and scared of spoilers. By the time the finale airs, half the people you started watching with have already dropped off. Binging it means everyone is on the same page at the same time, so the conversations are way better and actually happen.

Ugh, tell me about it. Trying to talk about the show is like walking through a spoiler minefield every week. You mention one character's name and someone yells "I'm only on episode three!" Then you all forget what happened by the next week anyway. The only thing spreading faster than the plot is the list of people who gave up waiting.
