Gave 'The Bear' a shot and it just stressed me out, lol
Everyone kept telling me it was a must-watch, so I finally binged the first season last weekend. I get the hype about the acting, but man, all the yelling and kitchen chaos just made my own work stress feel worse, not better. I learned that a show being critically loved doesn't mean it's a relaxing escape for everyone. Anyone else feel like some 'binge-worthy' shows are just kind of exhausting?
What do you do to get that feeling? For me, it's washing dishes by hand after a long day on the computer. Something about the warm water and a simple, clear task just resets my brain. It's the same idea, a little bit of busy work you can control. My brain finally gets to stop racing. It's the best fix I've found.
