Finally figured out a way to stop getting spoiled on my favorite show

I started setting my phone to 'do not disturb' and avoiding all social media for the 3 hours after a new episode drops. Has anyone else tried something like this, or is there a better trick?

Nice! That's actually a solid plan. I had to do the same thing when the last season of my show was airing. It's the only way to be safe these days.

Remember my friend who refused to mute any show hashtags and got the big twist ruined for him in a meme comment? He was so mad. Totally learned his lesson the hard way. You're right, @diana_foster, it really is the only safe move now. I tell everyone to just block words like it's their job until the season ends.
