Binged a whole season of From last week and still can't figure out what's going on
Started it on a Tuesday night and finished Thursday morning, now I'm stuck wondering if the monsters are aliens or ghosts since nobody in the show seems to know either.

Yeah, that "monsters are aliens or ghosts" thing hits hard. I just finished season 2 and I'm in the same boat, it's driving me crazy not knowing what the rules are. The way those night creatures smile and talk but then turn all violent, it feels supernatural but then there's the whole underground tunnel thing that seems almost sci-fi with that weird stone structure. I keep going back and forth between thinking it's some kind of curse or an experiment gone wrong, and I swear every time I think I have a theory the show throws another random weird detail that messes it all up. It's honestly refreshing to see someone else struggling with this too because none of my friends have watched it and I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to piece it together alone.

Read somewhere the creators said it's a mix of both on purpose to keep everyone guessing lol
