I rode past the new bike lanes on Vine St in Cincinnati and counted 9 cars parked in them in 3 blocks
Whoever painted those lanes didn't add any posts or curbs, so it's basically a parking strip now. A guy unlocking his car there shrugged at me and said "everyone parks here, it's fine." Does anyone have a good way to report this that actually gets a response, or do I just start riding in the traffic lane?
