Bloke at the bike shop said my saddle was tilted too far forward - been riding it that way for 2 years and my wrists stopped hurting after I leveled it out in 10 seconds, who else got a simple fix that changed everything?

He pointed at my bike on the rack and literally said 'your junk's gonna go numb riding like that' and I was pissed but he was right - before the change I was getting numb fingers after 8 miles and now I can do 15 without stopping, has anyone else had a shop guy call them out on something that seems tiny but makes a huge difference?

Yeah @mason_knight totally nailed it... funny how we just adapt to being uncomfortable.

Realized most discomfort comes from tiny bad habits we just get used to over time.
