That "grip exercises" bit is interesting. What kind are we talking about here? Like, did you use those spring-loaded hand squeezers, or was it more like hanging from a bar? Also, how often did you have to do them before you noticed your wrists stopped hurting during adjustments?

Hey @the_felix, did you try the spring squeezers or just stick to hanging from a bar? I used both but found that hanging helped my wrists feel more stable under pressure. It took about three weeks of doing grip exercises every other day before I noticed less pain during adjustments. What was your experience like, and did you add any wrist stretches to your routine? Does the kind of work you do make a difference in which exercises help the most?

For the spring squeezers, I did them daily for two weeks before my wrists felt better.
