The pinch flat that took me back to 1998 at a shop in Boise
I was changing a tire for a customer last Tuesday and my new tire levers slipped, punching a hole right through the tube, and for a second I just stared at it like I was 20 again. Back then we used old spoons and screwdrivers, and honestly we broke more rims than tubes, but we never had those fancy plastic levers snapping under pressure. Anybody else ever have a tool fail so bad it made you question if the old way was really that terrible?

Ugh, been there. Old butter knives worked way better than my fancy levers.
