Just hit 500 bottom bracket jobs logged in the shop book

I was closing up last night and flipped through our service log. The count on BBs we've pulled and pressed this year alone is 500 exactly. That's a lot of stuck threads and creaky bearings. It made me think about how many different tools and tricks we've all picked up for the stubborn ones. What's your go-to method for a BB that just won't budge?

My old shop foreman had a trick like jamiemiller's uncle, just more heat and bigger levers.

Honestly just use a bigger hammer, all those fancy tricks are overthinking it.

Oh man that reminds me of my uncle trying to fix his deck last summer. He spent like three hours watching videos on the "right way" to set a post, bought all these special tools. Then he just got mad and whacked it with a sledgehammer until it went in. Worked fine, looks a little crooked but it's still standing. Sometimes the simple way is just the way to go lol.
