Spent $85 on a shower filter and my hair is a totally different thing now
I grabbed one of those inline shower filters for $85 back in March because the water in my apartment in Phoenix was leaving this chalky film on everything. Six weeks in and my hair actually feels soft after washing instead of squeaky, and my color has barely faded compared to usual. Did anyone else notice a difference after swapping to filtered water, or am I just seeing what I want to see?

Man, Phoenix water is brutal, that chalky film is real. You're not imagining it, hard water messes with your hair and strips color faster. Smart move grabbing the filter.
