Visited an IKEA and noticed their cable management tricks

I was at the IKEA in Portland last weekend and saw how they set up their display desks. They used adhesive cable clips underneath the desktop to keep everything neat, and they also routed power strips inside the desk legs. That little setup is saving a lot of clutter. Has anyone else tried hiding a power strip inside a desk leg or do you prefer a different method?

I used to just shove all my cables behind my desk and hope for the best. It was a mess and I honestly didn't think a few clips or a hidden strip would make that big of a difference. But I tried the adhesive clips under my desk a few months ago and it's crazy how much cleaner everything looks now. Seeing those IKEA displays in person really sold me on the whole idea too.
