Is patience or impulse better for snagging game deals? I found a weird middle ground.
I spent months watching a Steam wishlist title drop from $30 to $5 over three sales, but my buddy grabbed it for $2 on a random Wednesday flash discount I missed. Turns out, setting alerts on multiple sites like IsThereAnyDeal caught that deep cut, but I wasted more time checking than I saved. So do you camp out for the absolute rock bottom, or pull the trigger at a price that feels good enough?

Oh man, the random Wednesday flash discount strikes again. It's like the universe is testing your dedication to saving five bucks. I swear, I spent more time checking my phone for price drops than the actual game was worth, and by the time I saw the deal it was already over. Might as well just throw a dart at a calendar and call it a day.

My buddy actually set an alarm for one and still missed it.

Set an alarm and everything, still feels like the game just laughed at me.
