Just realized my balcony lettuce was bolting because of the heat from the AC unit
Our patio AC vent sits right next to the planter box in our Denver apartment, and after 3 straight days of 90 degree weather last June, my romaine went bitter and tall overnight, so I moved it to the shaded railing corner with a wet towel draped over the pot and it came back leafy in about a week, has anyone else dealt with AC blowback cooking their greens?
