Turns out, a messy countertop was causing my baking disasters
I used to leave all my baking gear scattered on the kitchen counter, thinking it saved time. Then I spilled a whole tray of cookie dough because things were too crowded, and it was a huge fail. I cleaned up and now only keep out what I need right then. My last few batches have come out perfect, with no more accidents.

Man, that hits home. It's crazy how physical clutter just kills your focus. I see the same thing with my desk, when it's covered in random stuff my work gets sloppy. That clear space lets your brain zero in on the one task. Makes you wonder what else we're crowding out. Good fix.

Yeah my desk gets so bad sometimes I swear the piles of paper are breeding. Found a half empty coffee cup from like three days ago behind some invoices once. At that point it's less a workspace and more a weird science experiment.

My old workbench was a total disaster zone. I had three different screwdrivers, a roll of tape, and a half-finished project all fighting for space. I kept knocking over my coffee cup onto the parts. Finally cleared it all off except for the one thing I was fixing, and bam, no more spills, way faster work. It's like your brain trips over the clutter before your hands even move.
