That $3 VHS copy of Miami Connection made me rethink my whole bad movie list
Found it at a flea market in Cleveland last Saturday, still in the shrink wrap. I figured it was just another cheesy martial arts thing, but the off-key songs and the guys who look like finance bros karate chopping each other had me laughing for 90 straight minutes. The acting is so stiff that the lead guy says every line like he's reading a ransom note. I've seen my share of so-bad-they're-good flicks, but this one hits different because it's sincere, not ironic. Now I'm wondering if I've been sleeping on other forgotten 80s indie gems that nobody talks about. What's the most sincere bad movie you've found that actually delivers a good time?

Miami Connection is one of those rare finds where the heart is so pure you can't help but root for it, even when the dialogue is all over the place. Sincere bad movies hit way harder than ones trying to be funny on purpose, it's like watching someone genuinely try their best and missing every note. Glad you found that copy, it sounds like a total treasure.
