I laughed at Sharknado until I watched it at 2 AM
Kept telling my buddy it was just internet hype. Dumb CGI and flying sharks, how bad could it be? Watched it with a few beers last Friday and couldn't stop laughing. The scene where the shark eats the guy mid-air in Chicago convinced me this was pure gold. Anyone else have a movie they dismissed that turned into a legit bad movie night favorite?

Read somewhere that the director actually wanted it to feel like a B-movie on purpose from the start. Makes sense now because it hits that perfect spot where you know its terrible but its also kind of brilliant. Saw an interview where Tara Reid said she just went with it and had fun, which pretty much sums up the whole thing. Got together with some neighbors last weekend and we watched the second one, the chainsaw scene had everyone yelling at the TV.
