Hot take: I thought my buddy was nuts for making a drinking game out of The Room, but 4 rounds in I got it
My friend Dave kept telling me The Room was a bad movie night goldmine and I rolled my eyes for a solid 20 minutes. Then he pulled out rules like drink every time Tommy Wiseau says 'oh hi' and take a shot when the same outside shot plays twice in a row, and by round 4 we were crying laughing at stuff I never would've noticed. The weird thing is it made the movie way more fun than just sitting there confused wondering why anyone made it. Now I'm wondering what other boring-bad movies get way better with a game attached, like do any of you have rules for Troll 2 or Birdemic?
My cousin had a whole rule sheet for Troll 2 where you drink every time the kid sees a goblin and nobody believes him. Said he blacked out before the popcorn scene. Apparently the trick is picking stuff that happens constantly so you're not just sitting there sober waiting for one moment.
