Wasted $140 on a phone mount adapter that blocked my finder scope completely
Bought that fancy dovetail clamp and adapter kit from the astronomy shop on Main Street, spent a whole clear Friday night fighting it on my 8 inch dob before realizing the bracket sat 2 inches too high, so the finder had a perfect view of the mount arm, has anyone else gotten burned by these universal fit things that fit nothing?
