Tried a lawn chair vs. a zero gravity recliner for all night viewing

Spent last Saturday out in my backyard in Cleveland watching the Perseids and my old folding chair had my back killing me by 11pm. Switched to my neighbor's zero gravity recliner around midnight and I stayed out until 4am without a single ache. Has anyone else found a seating setup that actually works for those long meteor shower nights without breaking the bank?

Yo @martin.jamie totally nailed it! I've noticed this same thing with a lot of things in life actually, not just chairs. Like how a good pair of shoes vs cheap flip flops can make or break a whole day walking around a fair or something. We all just kinda put up with stuff being uncomfortable until we try something better and it's like oh wow I was just suffering for no reason lol. Zero gravity chairs are definitely one of those things that once you try it you can't go back. I got a basic one from Walmart for like 40 bucks and it's been a game changer for stargazing and even just reading outside.

Zero gravity chair is the only way to go, cheap ones work fine too.

Right, so I actually tried one of those cheap zero gravity chairs last summer after my back went out moving furniture, and @martin.jamie is spot on, they really do change how you sit... ended up falling asleep in mine and woke up with the neighbor's dog licking my face.
