Looking for ideas to store my star charts and red flashlights

I have a bunch of paper star maps and a few red flashlights cluttering my patio table. Any clever storage solutions that are easy to grab when it's dark?

Patio astronomy gear ALWAYS ends up everywhere" is exactly the problem. I see this with anything people use outside, from gardening tools to grill stuff. It starts with leaving one thing out for convenience, then the whole table is a junk drawer by July. Your best bet is forcing a one-touch rule: the tube and hooks Logan mentioned, but you have to actually use them every single time. If you don't, the stuff migrates and you're back to square one.

Oh man, patio astronomy gear ALWAYS ends up everywhere! Try a waterproof tube for the star charts, maybe with a strap to carry it around. For the flashlights, a couple of simple hooks on the wall by the door lets you snatch them without looking.

My friend Alex dove headfirst into patio astronomy last year. He had star charts, multiple flashlights, even a small telescope. Everything ended up scattered across his outdoor table after each session. Logan's tube idea helped a bit, but without the one-touch rule, things still migrated. One night, he spent half an hour looking for a chart while a comet was visible. That frustration finally made him commit to putting gear away immediately, and now his patio stays clean.
