The water filter I trusted for 6 seasons finally failed me in the Sierras
Last fall on the Bishop Pass trail I pumped and pumped and got maybe a cup of water in 10 minutes. Took me three trips back to the ranger station in Bishop before I figured out the O-ring had cracked on an old cartridge I'd replaced twice. Anyone else had a filter die slowly instead of all at once?
