Update: Glass cockpits look slick, but I miss dedicated gauges

In modern avionics, everyone's all about glass cockpits for efficiency. I find that when a system fails, having separate analog gauges made it quicker to isolate the issue. Now, if the display goes dark, you're guessing which sensor is out. Call me old-fashioned, but swapping a single gauge beat a full system reboot any day.
