Rant: Public perception always skips over the techs who keep the avionics humming.
I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but constantly correcting people who think we just change light bulbs is exhausting.

Was your dad military too? Honestly, my uncle worked on F-15 radar systems and people still ask if he just fueled the jets. Tbh it's the same energy.

Christ, my buddy's aunt asked him if his avionics job was just cleaning the cockpit windows. He had to just walk away.
