that thing about using different colored zip ties to mark torque values is actually smart as hell though. i've been in situations on job sites where someone else's wiring looks fine but you can't tell if it's actually been tightened right without pulling out the tool. little visual shortcuts like that save so much headache later when you're trying to trace someone else's work at 2am in a cramped space.

Yeah @oliver_ward14 that's the whole thing right there. People act like color coding is just for looks but it's actually a real time saver. When you're crawling around in a dark panel or a tight equipment room you don't want to guess. One quick glance and you know if the torque is in the right range or not. It cuts down on mistakes too because your eyes don't get tired reading labels all day. Honestly every crew should just pick a color system and stick with it.
