Vent: my transporter showed up with a dead battery and a jump box that didn't work
Booked a pickup from Cleveland to Denver for my Civic and the driver's truck wouldn't crank when he got to my street, so we sat there for 90 minutes trying to jump it off a box that was reading 4 volts. He ended up flagging down a guy in a landscaping truck for a boost, and I'm now out $150 extra because of a "delay fee" in the fine print. Has anyone actually won a chargeback on that fee, or should I just eat it?
