Dispatcher in Tulsa called me back 40 minutes after I hung up mad, and I still think about it
Last June I was moving my son's truck from Tulsa to Denver. Got a quote, waited two days, nobody called. So I called back hot, asked for a manager, and the dispatcher named Renee just let me get it all out. Then she says she had my pickup down for Thursday but the driver's rig broke down in Amarillo and she was waiting to have a real answer before calling me. She gave me the driver's cell and a pickup window down to the hour. Truck showed up clean, no dents, $60 less than quoted because she knocked off the deposit fee. I had already planned to write a bad review. Now I wonder how many of those angry reviews are just people who got a bad week instead of a bad company. Does anyone ask for the dispatcher's direct line before booking?
