Shipped my Civic from San Diego to Austin and the quote jumped $340 in 5 days
I got a quote on a Monday for $780 to move my Civic from San Diego to Austin, then called back that Saturday and the same broker said it was now $1,120 since he claimed fuel and driver pay went up that week. The final bill landed at $1,090 and the car showed up 3 days late with a cracked mirror cover nobody would claim. Is this normal price jump for a 5 day gap, or did I just call at a bad time?
