PSA: got my car shipped from Phoenix to Denver in 3 days, then the driver called me 40 minutes out with a cracked windshield
The whole week was smooth until that call, and the broker's answer was basically 'that's between you and the carrier.' Anyone dealt with damage on delivery and actually gotten somewhere with it?
