Just found out my car shipped from Phoenix had to sit 9 days before anyone touched it
I shipped my project car from Phoenix to my place near Rockford last spring and the driver told me the whole trip took 3 days once it was loaded. What he didn't say was that it sat at a holding lot in Phoenix for 9 days waiting for a truck heading my way. I only found out because I pulled the shipping paperwork out of the glovebox and the pickup date on it was way earlier than I remembered. Apparently that's just how it works when your route isn't a busy one, the car waits until they can fill the truck. Anyone track how long their vehicle sat before it actually moved, or did I just get unlucky?
