Got burned by a broker at the Dallas Auto Auction and I will not pay upfront for transport again
I paid a broker $850 to move a car out of Dallas, and he vanished once the auction lot charged me a $200 gate fee. So now I only hire carriers with a real MC number and proof of cargo insurance, and I want to know if anyone else got hit with surprise lot fees like this.
