Wasted $400 on a "pro-grade" paint mixing system that just clogged every time
Bought this fancy digital mixing setup from a rep at the trade show last fall. Thought it would save me time and give perfect ratios every shot. Three weeks in and the nozzles kept plugging up with dried paint. Spent more time cleaning it than actually painting. The old manual stick method never failed me for 10 years. Has anyone else gotten burned by these overpriced gimmicks?

Came here to say the exact same thing, that's money right down the drain. I got talked into one of those fancy mixing stations at a hardware expo and it was nothing but headaches from day one. Honestly sometimes the old school methods are just better no matter how much shiny tech they slap on it.

Man I feel your pain, I dropped $350 on one of those digital mixing paddles last year and the motor burned out after maybe 15 uses. The rep swore it was "industrial grade" too lol. Spent more time scrubbing dried paint out of the little measuring ports than I did actually mixing. Went back to my old wooden stir stick and a bucket, zero headaches since.
