Spent 4 hours fighting a hidden dent on a Honda Civic door

Turns out the previous shop had packed the cavity with foam behind the crash bar, so my slide hammer kept getting no bite. Found it after pulling the inner panel and scraping foam for 20 minutes. Has anyone else run into random junk stuffed inside body panels?

Found a half-eaten cheeseburger inside a door panel on a used Mustang once, pretty sure it was structural.

Used to think shops only hid rust with bondo, but @paulperry's cheeseburger story and your foam discovery got me rethinking. People really do just shove whatever in there and call it a day.
