Shoutout to the $150 infrared thermometer I grabbed for checking panel temps before paint
It showed me a 20-degree difference between the shop floor and the ceiling on a big truck job last Tuesday, which would have messed up my flash times and finish if I hadn't caught it... what other small tools have saved you guys from a re-spray?

Oh man, that's a lifesaver. I keep a cheap moisture meter in my booth too, saved me from a cloudy clear coat when the humidity spiked out of nowhere.

My old shop had a dehumidifier that ran more than the lights.
