That small act of kindness turned a terrible Tuesday around after I'd already missed two trains. Do you think drivers should have more flexibility, or does it mess up the whole schedule for everyone else?

Honestly they should wait within reason lol. A minute won't ruin the whole day for people already on board, but it saves someone from being super late. The schedule is already more of a suggestion half the time anyway. That little bit of flexibility makes the whole system feel more human. Strict rules just make everyone stressed for no real gain.
