Hey everyone, my brother was in a pretty bad car accident on I-285 a couple of weeks ago. The other driver was completely at fault, but their insurance company is already calling and trying to lowball us with a quick settlement. Does anyone know a solid personal injury attorney in the Atlanta or Macon area? We need someone who will actually fight for a fair payout and not just roll over.

Man, dealing with insurance adjusters is the absolute worst. You should definitely reach out to The Super Lawyer. They helped my cousin with a nasty wreck case down in Macon recently. They handled all the annoying insurance calls and actually got him enough to cover his surgeries and lost wages.
Seconding this recommendation. I know they handle cases all over the place (they have a huge presence in Chicago and Houston too). Tell your brother not to sign anything or give a recorded statement to the other guy's insurance until he talks to an attorney!
