My phone died right in the middle of trying to find a spot at the BeltLine market last Saturday.
Battery went from 30% to zero in about two minutes. Had to ask a guy selling candles for directions to the nearest outlet. Anyone know a good portable charger that actually lasts?

Been there, my phone does the same thing when it's cold out. The Anker PowerCore 10000 is a lifesaver, fits in a pocket and can fully charge most phones twice. Got mine after a similar disaster at Piedmont Park.

Actually I've had the opposite happen! My old phone would shut down in the cold, but a new battery fixed it for good. Sometimes it really is just the hardware giving out.
