My MARTA app glitched out and charged me twice for a round trip to the airport last Tuesday.
I had to call their customer service line and wait on hold for 45 minutes just to get a refund, which seems like a common problem they should have fixed by now.

Man, that whole system feels held together with duct tape sometimes. @nathan289 mentioning the 196 bus reminds me of the time the digital reader board on my bus just started scrolling the word "ERROR" over and over for the whole ride downtown. It's like they push out an app update or something and three other things break. Spending almost an hour on hold for their own mistake is just adding insult to injury, you'd think they'd have a better way to handle refunds by now.
