I stopped by the new food hall at the old train station and the line for the coffee stand was a block long.

Turns out they only have one person working the machine, so it takes about 15 minutes to get a simple drink. Has anyone found a better spot for a quick coffee near there?

Honestly, I used to think any coffee shop near the station was fine, but that place changed my mind completely. @sammurray, you asked about the quality, and emery965 is spot on, it's lukewarm and weak like they're watering it down. I tried it once and got a burnt, bitter taste, not worth the wait at all. Now I just walk the extra two minutes to that bakery on Maple like they said, it's hot and strong every time.

My buddy waited in that line last week... said the latte was just lukewarm and kind of weak when he finally got it. He was so annoyed he walked over to that little bakery on Maple, the one with the blue awning. Grabbed a coffee there in like two minutes and said it was way better, actually hot and strong.
