The Crab Nebula looks completely different in last year's photo

I compared my shot from October 2024 with the one I took this week, same setup, same 8-inch scope. The outer filaments in the southeast region have shifted noticeably, almost like the gas is pushing outward faster than I expected. I've read the expansion rate is around 1,500 km/s, but seeing that change in just 13 months still caught me off guard. Has anyone else noticed movement in their own paired images over a short span like this?
