That false color photo of the Veil Nebula almost fooled me for a month

Last month I posted a shot of the Veil Nebula from my backyard in Tucson and labeled it as true color. Turns out I'd left my Ha filter data stacked on top of the RGB without checking. A guy on here called it out and I spent a day redoing the stretch. The final version looks way less dramatic but it's honest. How do you all verify your color mapping before you hit submit?
