Stacking 200 frames of the moon beat my one lucky shot

Realized after 3 years of pointing my phone at the eyepiece that the single clearest frame I kept was just luck, so I finally ran 200 frames through free stacking software and got a crater detail I never saw before, has anyone else ditched single captures for stacking?
