Just wasted $75 on a 'premium' light pollution filter that made my Andromeda shot look worse

It added a weird green tint and killed all the faint dust details, basically ruining a whole night's imaging. Anyone found a filter that actually works from a suburban backyard?

My old CLS filter did that same green tint thing... it's so frustrating.

Yeah that green tint is the worst lol. I switched to a different brand and it fixed the issue for me.

Ugh, that's the worst feeling. I mean, you spend all that time setting up and then the filter just wrecks the data. I had a similar thing happen with a different brand, it just washed everything out.
