Question about hitting 10,000 steps for 30 days straight
Back in June I challenged myself to walk 10,000 steps every day for a whole month. I actually made it to day 30 and felt way better than I expected, but the weird part was my resting heart rate dropped by 5 beats. Has anyone else noticed a change in their body after hitting a daily goal like that?

bro that heart rate drop is no joke. I did a similar challenge last year and my resting heart rate went from 72 to 64 by the end. Felt like my whole cardio system just got a tune-up. The real thing for me was how much better my sleep got too. Like deep sleep went up by almost an hour after week 2. Pretty wild how just walking more can reset your whole baseline like that.

Honestly the sleep improvement alone makes it all worth it, my deep sleep jumped by 45 minutes too.
