My experiment with leaving my phone in another room at night
I got tired of waking up to a bright screen first thing... so I started charging my phone in the kitchen. The first few nights were rough, I kept reaching for it. But now I fall asleep faster and actually read books again. It's crazy how such a small change can feel so big.

My kitchen counter has become a phone prison. I half expect it to start plotting its escape back to my bedside.
